For any items purchased directly from our website, we will gladly replace damaged products, and will ship the replacement to you free of charge. Please send us an email to info@spectrafix.com, explaining the situation. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item and/or packaging. We operate in good faith, and expect our customers will do the same.
We do not issue refunds if you have changed your mind and no longer wish to use the product.
